Questions people ask first
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Tapping the NFC card or scanning the QR code opens the card in whatever browser is already on their phone. Saving your contact uses the phone's own address book.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. NFC tapping works on iPhone XR and newer and on most Android phones from the last few years. The QR code works on any phone with a camera, so nobody is left out.
What happens when someone changes their number?
You edit it in the admin panel and every card updates immediately. The printed QR and the programmed NFC card keep working, because they point at a URL rather than storing the details.
Do you supply the physical NFC cards?
Not yet. Each person gets a unique URL, which you can write to any blank NFC card or tag with a free phone app, or print as a QR code on a normal business card.
Can I see who scanned my card?
On the Team plan and above, every card carries a contact form and the leads land in one inbox. Cards also log where they were scanned when the visitor agrees to share it, plotted on a map — useful if your team works on site.
